Chances are that your customers will want to get the transcripts. It can be difficult when people speak quickly and sometimes there's background noise in the recording. You might need to merge or split up parts of your transcription if it's too long for one file.
1. To merge 2 lines, just hover over the ‘merge icon’ on the first content or line and it will automatically select the next line so both of them are now highlighted.
2. Click on the ‘Merge’ icon and a pop up window will pop up asking if you want to merge the lines. Click ‘Ok’.
3. Now, you can see that the two lines have been merged.
4. To split the transcriptions, just locate the line and click on the ‘split’ icon.
5. The same as merging, a pop up window will show asking if you’re sure that you want to split it. Just click ‘OK’.
6. Now, you can already see that the line has been split.
The same process applies to other captions as well.
