What is a tag? Tags are like the chapters you see in a book. Managing tags in your video or audio courses is a great way to improve the chances of customers finding you. It's also an easy step to take that can make a big difference for your business!
1. If you have custom tags that you want to use, you can import them inside Coursium but first, you need to delete the Coursium AI auto-generated tags.
2. To delete the AI auto-generated tags, the first thing to do is to open an existing video and go to the ‘Tags’ tab.
3. There are two ways to delete the tags. If you want to delete it per line, click on the ‘Vertical Ellipsis’ at the right side of each tag line. Click ‘Delete’
If you want to delete it as a group, select the tags by clicking on the ‘Checkboxes’ on the left side of each tag. Click the ‘Delete Tags’ button.
4. After deleting, you can now import your custom tags but first you need to follow the allowed format by downloading the sample tags. Click on the ‘Import tags’ button and a pop-up box will show up. Click on the ‘Download Sample File’ button.
5. After modification on the downloaded sample file, re-upload it by clicking on the ‘Choose File’ button.
6. Click ‘Submit’ and your custom tags will be uploaded.
7. You can also add tags per line/time by just clicking the ‘Add Tag’ button.
8. A pop up window will show up wherein you can add your tags and at what time you want it to be. Click ‘Save’ and the tag will be added.
Note: If you want to add sub tags, like having your tags in a group then that can be done on the ‘Parent Group’ area.
9. To re-generate tags, click on the ‘Re-Generate Tags’ button.
